Our commercial Valuations start from £120.00 plus VAT

Sales commission will be charged by this agency at the rate of 1.5% of the price achieved plus VAT on the introduction of a buyer. On completion of the sale of the property, our commission is deducted from the sales proceeds and paid direct to this office by your advocate, following submission of our account. If you require advertising, this is charged separately on a budget to be agreed.

All negotiations regarding the property should be conducted through Lowey & Co. Should you decide at any time to withdraw the property off our books before a sale is negotiated through this agency, a charge of £80.00 plus VAT will be levied to cover our disbursements.

Our property management commission is charged at 10% of the rent collected each month plus VAT with no hidden charges.

Our service includes finding a suitable tenant, obtaining references and a security deposit, which is held at this office. We supply the prospective tenant with a rent book, and either a six-month or twelve-month Lease. We organise repairs where necessary in accordance with the owner’s instructions.

In the event that you wished to terminate your agreement with this agency at any time, we require three month’s written notice, and should notice be given whilst the property is occupied by a tenant or tenants supplied by Lowey and Co., we reserve the right to levy a charge for the supply of such tenant or tenants. In the event that you decide to let the property privately and withdraw it from our management at any time, we will levy a charge of £80.00 plus VAT to cover our disbursements in this matter.
